An Air India Express flight operating from Varanasi to Delhi performed an unscheduled landing at Lucknow’s Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport on Thursday morning. According to reports, the flight crew initiated the diversion as a precautionary measure after a smoke detection alarm activated in the aircraft's cargo hold.
