Barcelona secured a decisive 5-2 victory over Real Betis, a result that allows the club to match the best start to a LaLiga season on record. The performance was highlighted by the play of Lamine Yamal, whose contributions were central to the team's offensive dominance throughout the match.

Following the final whistle, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick offered high praise for the young forward, explicitly labeling him the "best player in the world" during his post-match comments. The victory reinforces Barcelona's current standing at the top of the league table and maintains their momentum in the early stages of the campaign. While the match statistics reflect a high-scoring affair, the narrative surrounding the game has focused heavily on the individual trajectory of Yamal and the historical significance of the team's current winning streak.
