According to the organization, it has raised over $100 million since its inception a decade ago. During the 2026 midterm cycle alone, the group reported raising $25 million, with more than half of those funds directed toward Democratic primary races. The push for Kelly, a former NASA astronaut, aligns with the group's broader mission to elevate individuals with scientific expertise into high-level government positions.

While the organization is vocal about its support for Kelly, there has been no public response or indication of interest from the Senator regarding a potential 2028 presidential bid.
