The individuals charged are Kieran Robson, 35; Uzma Bashir, 56; Ricky Southall, 34; Autumn Taylor Ward, 22; Rebecca Sian Davies, 29; John Moxley, 58; and Dylan Chiaramello, 24. While the act was clearly intended as a political protest, the legal proceedings have taken a serious turn. According to reports, the prosecution has leveled accusations that the damage was carried out by individuals “having a terrorist connection.”
