A group consisting of Vietnam veterans Michael Lemmon, Shaun Byrnes, and Jon Gundersen, alongside architectural historian Calder Loth, has initiated legal action to block the construction of a triumphal arch proposed by the Trump administration. The plaintiffs filed a request for a temporary restraining order in federal court, aiming to prevent the administration from breaking ground on the project in the Washington, D.C. area.
